The salesperson, Ted Johnlikes, understands the challenge of shopping from out of state and was extremely helpful in providing detailed information about each vehicle so that we could make an informed decision about making the commitment to travel to the dealership and/or purchase the vehicle. Through the entire sales process, Ted was very responsive and always made himself available as needed. In the case of one vehicle, Mungenast even provided the option of delivering the vehicle to us in Oklahoma (which they did!). This is an excellent dealership and I would highly recommend it. More

I'm 23 and will not service or purchase another vehicle from any other dealership. Given my age it is impossible to find the respect that I get from this dealership else where. I have personally purchased 3 of my 4 vehicles from this dealership and serviced all of them at this dealership. The only vehicle I purchased else where was because I lived in Florida at the time. When I moved back I tried to have it serviced at Plaza since I literally could through a rock at the dealership from where I lived. It only took one visit to Plaza for me to go straight back to Mungenast. I will absolutely pay more if I have to to purchase a vehicle from this dealership because I know if I have any issue after purchasing a vehicle they will take care of it. Even with this fact I have always gotten an excellent price from this dealership. I cannot say enough about how much I enjoy working with this dealership being someone that works in sales. I like to think myself as a reasonable sales person but my employer does not empower me with nearly enough tools to make my customers satisfied as Mungenast does, both service and sales. More
