After searching for weeks, and dealing with dealership after dealership that wanted to play games and tack on extra hidden fees to the price of their used cars, I happened upon Muller's Woodfield Acura. I emailed in a request to get the out the door price for their vehicle with a breakdown of fees. A short time later I received a response from John asking for my zip code (for taxes), whether we were transferring plates, and if we were doing any financing. A few minutes after I responded I received the ACTUAL bill of sale from the sales manager Brian. Wow! Not one hidden fee - just tax, title, license, and dealer doc fee. All standard in this business. I contacted John and told him I would be coming in a couple hours to take a look at the car. He informed me the car had been detailed but it had not gone through their inspection process yet. I was more than welcome to come test drive the car and purchase it but I would not be able to take it home until it passed inspection. He assured me that if there were any issues that came up in inspection they would fix them at no cost to me. If there was anything major, they would refund the sale. Good enough for me. We arrived at the dealership and the car was pulled in out of the cold in the service garage for us to inspect it not only while staying warm but also under the lights. After a test drive we decided to go ahead and purchase the car. No surprises - we paid what we had been quoted via email. No high pressure sales here - their word and their service are enough to close the deal. The next day John called me (on his day off) to inform me that it was done with inspection and it had a hairline crack in a minor part. The service department ordered the part and he would let me know when the car was ready for delivery. Again I received a call from John letting me know the part was installed and we were ready to go. Every step of the way I have been extremely impressed with the service from John and from Mueller. I highly recommend both the dealership and John Mavraganis. A+! More

Lance was a fantastic sales leader throughout our buying process. We went to him during the summer looking for an MDX after four terrible experiences with four different Hyundai dealers, originally searchi process. We went to him during the summer looking for an MDX after four terrible experiences with four different Hyundai dealers, originally searching for a GV80. Enter Lance, who was a consummate professional, never pushed the sale, answered all our questions, and was genuine in his interest in Acura cars, and the history of the brand (way to go Muller for the model Integra by the waiting room). Having had a 2015 TLX most recently, Our experience with Lance reminded us of the reasons we went with an Acura to begin with. While it took many months to secure the exact trim and color combo of an MDX we wanted due to the pandemic-driven supply chain issues, Lance was always transparent upfront with what he could do, and exactly what we should expect, which is all we ever wanted when looking for a new car. He also helped us get a good price for our TLX as a trade in, and made it a quick and obvious decision to figure out if we were going to keep the car or trade in. All around, we highly recommend working with Lance, and hope to do so again in the future when looking for another car.
