Reserved the car over the phone with a small deposit, and Grant was helpful in having all the paperwork ready for my wife and I. By the time we got to the dealer, most of the paperwork was done so all we needed to do was inspect the car, sign some paperwork (we financed through Acura), and drive off in our new ride. I had been driving my previous car for the last 12 years until I was in an accident and forced to buy another car. So this was my first car buying experience in more than a decade. I did my thorough research, knew the make/model I wanted, and found a 2009 Used with really low mileage at a VERY fair price on Autotrader.com. I stopped at Muller's Woodfield Acura after work to take a test drive, but was not expecting to buy it that night. Grant was the type of salesperson I had hoped to deal with. He was knowledgeable, polite, personable, and most importantly, not pushy. I don't have a deep credit history, so financing was a bit of a struggle, but he was persistent in finding me a decent rate with one of their banks. After we found one that approved me, we discussed price. Again, he was very flexible in negotiating lower monthly payments and helped me come up with a deal that I felt comfortable completing that night. Sebastian was the finance manager who made the signing process very smooth and hassle-free. No hidden costs, no force-feeding me other deals or additional sales. Just an easy, worry-free transaction. They also offered to return my rental car to the nearest Enterprise so I wouldn't have to deal with that. My overall experience is that I walked into Muller's Woodfield with a lot of weight on my shoulders: recent accident, rental car costs adding up, car search not yet finished, financing and insurance to figure out, etc. I walked out a few hours later with a very clear mind and a car that fits me perfectly. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to buy a car. Lastly, I just wanted to give my opinion regarding the negative review below mine: -Why give such a damaging 1-star rating for an experience you caused? If they politely refused service to you because you threatened legal action the minute you walked in, how can you blame them? Doesn't seem like that warrants you logging in here and typing up a review that could damage their reputation. Just go get an oil change elsewhere. More
Went to this Dealership for ATF change. Asked the service advisor to have a mechanic take a quick test drive of my vehicle to see that the transmission was shifting normally before the fluid change. After asking a second time he (mike wajler)asked so what if the transmission has a problem after the fluid change what will you do? jokingly I said "call an attorney" and laughed about it. Now he doesn't know me or that I have never sued anyone in my life. So in comes a Master Tech and we go for a ride, come back and he gives Mike the thumbs up and Mike shows me to the customer waiting area. After five minutes or so in walks Mark,the service manager and he asks to speak with me back in his office where he informs me they are going to decline any service on my car. I ask why and he says because of the attorney comment I made to Mike earlier. Now I understand that nowadays you had better be careful of what you say if for example you are in an airport. I was stunned and couldn't believe it. So I have a choice remain and commence begging for an oil change or leave. I chose to leave but before leaving I asked Mark to put this in writing as to why they declined changing my transmission fluid. So moral of this story if you go there keep your mouth shut,get your paperwork and go sit in the waiting area and hope for the best. More

When the new floor mats arrived, I visited the dealership and was put inside immediately and the new mats were put in quickly. We first met Jacek (our salesperson)in November, and visited a few times between then and when we finally settled on our purchase on March 12. He was patient throughout the process, never pushed us, disclosed all the information we asked for, and, once we made our decision, everyone from finance to service was friendly, responsive and enjoyable to work with. We love our TL and look forward to a long relationship with Muller. More
