Muller was the 3rd Acura dealership we had visited. Upon arriving we were greeted by Lance. Our first impression of him was that he straight forward person. From that point on Lance was respectful, professional and extremely knowledgeable about the brand. We told him exactly what we were looking for and at no time did he make us feel pressured to make any decisions. We ended purchasing a 2024 RDX and we can say that a big reason we chose Muller over the over dealerships was due to the great customer service by Lance. I would also like to point out the smooth finance experience provided to us by Miles. Normally this part of the experience can be intimidating and stressful but Miles made sure it was otherwise.
