I have mixed feelings about this dealership. My salesman was very responsive and helpful. Since I found this car online, the dealership was almost 4 hours away. However, I was not contacted by the company prior to delivery. I had to leave work unannounced to accept delivery. When fully inspecting the vehicle, I found at least 5-6 places in the paint that required paint correction. Also found that one of the Raptor badges on the hood scoop was broken and almost detached. When I mentioned this to the dealer, I was told that there was nothing they could do because I had already inspected and accepted the vehicle. I will not be using this dealer again. I would however consider dealing with the amazing salesman that I can tell genuinely felt bad about my situation. More

The service department is just terrible, borderline fraudulent, with abhorrent customer service. Sales teams are not much better. Incompetent, along with petulant and conceited attitudes.
