took my truck in i had done the spark plugs wires and coil packs i think they pulled the wire instead of housing on the spark plug n ripped the wire out so i had to get all new wires and spark plugs just More

Hi, thank you for sharing your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear this visit left you feeling frustrated. When diagnosing a misfire and no fault codes are present, inspecting the spark plugs and wires is the industry-recommended first step. During removal, one of the plug wires broke — which can happen, even with relatively new parts — and our technician recommended replacing all eight plugs and wires based on what was observed. We understand it's especially frustrating when that repair doesn’t resolve the full issue. After replacing those components, it became clear there was likely an internal engine problem involving the lifters and camshaft, which would require further teardown to confirm. At that point, you chose not to proceed further, and we only charged for the completed work. We truly regret that we couldn’t provide a better outcome during this visit and appreciate your time with us. — The Mtn View Chevy Team
