When I purchased my Honda Element in 2005 from Mount Kisco Honda, I also purchased an extended warranty. The purchase price of the warranty was fully refundable if I had not needed service by the end o Kisco Honda, I also purchased an extended warranty. My Element has been exceptionally reliable and I did not need any warranty service. I submitted the request for the refund of the purchase price to their agent as per the terms of the agreement. As it turns out, through no fault of Mount Kisco Honda, the insurance company handling the contact was in bankruptcy. I contacted Guy from Mount Kisco Honda asking for his assistance. Mount Kisco Honda stood behind their committment to me and refunded the purchase price of the contract. This was done with no hassle in a very timely manner. I was called by Vicky once it was done to arrange for me to pick up the check. I was very, very impressed by the way Mount Kisco Honda stood behind their committment when their sub contractor was not able to meet their committment. I would highly recommend Mount Kisco Honda and will be back to buy my next car from them. (Although with the reliability of my Element, that may be a while) More

They achieved that flawlessly! We were able to drive our brand new CR-V home today, the same day we made the purchase and it is everything and more we could have possibly wanted in a vehicle. This is our first Honda and I think it's safe to say it will not only be the only make of car we will ever drive, but this will be the only dealership in the entire area worth working with.
