As an example, during our last visit for a "C" service checkup one of our cars required an additional part for a separate known issue. This part is not normally stocked in-house. Originally we would have to bring the car back a few days later when the part arrived. Instead Jamie researched other area dealerships and was able to find one with the part needed.
