I've dealt with MKH now since 2006 and have always been taken care of by the individuals in my leasing agreements. For the past 2 renewals , Isam Alsayegh was my contact. Trust building takes time and I'm not one to be pushed into hasty decisions. Peter, almost immediately, had my attention with his knowledge and expertise, and he did not try to snow me with salesmanship. He was an especially good listener and in the end, he had my wants and needs clearly. The offer he proposed not only got me a new 2021 C-RV, Ex-L at a little more than the same monthly rate as I had been paying. Combined with the maintenance agreement proposed by Chris Corbitt, the CFO at MKH, I walked away ; a satisfied and grateful individual.
