He was responsive to my needs and concerns and made sure I was comfortable with the work being done. His perfect customer service is the main reason I choose to have my car serviced at the dealer. For most the thought of entering into a dealership and "NEGOTIATING" a car purchase is daunting and exhausting at best. This is not and has never been my experience at Mt. Kisco Honda. Mt. Kisco Honda h "NEGOTIATING" a car purchase is daunting and exhausting at best. This is not and has never been my experience at Mt. Kisco Honda. Mt. Kisco Honda has become part of our family. I walk in and they know me and my kids. They have seen us evolve from married with no kids through two kids now. We have purchased three cars from them up until this point and will buy all the rest there as well. We live in NYC and drive an almost two hours to go to this dealership because they ALWAYS do the right thing. There are no games here. They understand that your time and their time is precious. They are striaght shooters and I have never walked away feeling I hadn't received the best deal out there. Anyone who knows me knows I run a hard bargain. I go in with research into all the offers out there. I search blogs etc... I know what the bottom line is and I walk out with the bottom line. I am confindent and can almost guraentee that you will feel the same. They reward loyalty and I come back because of it. More specifically, I have worked with one specific associate Cesar who literally is on speed dial. Cesar is a bottom line kind of guy. Very good natured and fair. He is a buisness man but knows the needs of a family finacially and doesnt want you to hurt yourself finacially. He has always been honest about his vehicle and inventory. Has made very intelligent suggestions which have helped us to address our specific vehicle needs. Cesar knows his Honda. I am a mom of two small children buying a car is a scary endevor. Saftey and reliability are tangemount. Cesar has always been able to adress my hundreds of questions and if he copuldn't he would always get back to me. His Manger, Andrew has also become a staple in this process as well. He knows I am a tough bargainer and has never let me down. he is resonable. He knows he needs to make a profit but always is within resonable parameters and really appreciates my loyalty to his dealership. He knows it is a very large expense for my family and that I have at least 20 closers dealerships but that I keep coming to his. He knows I come there because he knows my name. He knows what my needs are are and they meet it everytime. I am a loyal costumer of Mt. Kisco and will be for years. Stop in I can guarentee you won't be disapointed. More
The salesman had poor knowledge of the process and terrible time scheduling and managing skills. Only a last second intervention from the manager saved the sale. To make matters worse I was told to pick up the new vehicle at a specific time and I spent over 2 hours waiting for the salesman and staff to help me. After I had signed everything I needed to with the finance manager I was ready to take delivery. As I was waiting I realized I was overcharged and had to have my lease revised. The only bright spot of this dealership was Salesman Alex Benaissa. Since our original salesman was preoccupied, Alex stepped in to do a test drive with me and my wife. He was wonderful, explaining the features and benefits of the car. My wife asked me to switch salesman, which in hindsight I should have. The next day Alex noticed me waiting around the showroom and I told him I was there for 2 hours waiting for the new car. He took it upon himself to switch my plates and present me the new car. He is a terrific salesman and a nice guy. Simply put if Alex is there, buy your car from him. If he isn't, go to another dealership. More

A friend recommended Mt.Kisco Honda after I told her I had 2 very unsatisfactory experiences elsewhere. When I contacted Mt. Kisco Honda, I was immediately surprised at the professionalism and positive "customer first" attitude. My initial communication was with Cesar Mora, who was outstanding in his ability to 1. Get the car I wanted, 2. Get me a price that fit within by budget, 3. Help keep my financing affordable. Cesar not only stepped up to the plate to meet my needs but he also kept me informed of the progress on the delivery of my car along with my financing situation. Upon arriving at the dealership to pick up my car, I met with Dave Feingold, who in keeping in my budget constraints, provided me with the extended warranty, putting closure to my whole ordeal. Thanks guys for making this the most rewarding car buying experience and really listening to the customer needs. More
