I was referred to Andrew Gorran from a friend of mine who had purchased a car from the dealership. I had already been dealing with another dealership but wasn't satisfied. I went to see Andy and he put me in touch with Nick. I gave Nick the same criteria for what I wanted and what my budget was. Within 30 minutes we had a deal. Nicks' professionalism and genuine concern made this transaction a pleasant one. Since we already have 6 Hondas in my family, I'm sure we will be paying more visits to Mount Kisco Honda. More

Salesman was very knowledgeable my vehicle. He managed to locate and get my car within a matter of 2 days, with only 8 available in the United States!!! JP was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and asked us probing questions that enabled us to zero in on the car we wanted. In addition, we were wavering between purchase and lease and JP clearly outlined probing questions that enabled us to zero in on the car we wanted. In addition, we were wavering between purchase and lease and JP clearly outlined the pros and cons of both which allowed us to make an informed decision that was right for us. Further, we had to reschedule a couple of appointments with JP and he was always flexible in our requests to move appointments. This was my first time leasing a car and Andrew Silfen made the process so easy and enjoyable. He took my husband and me on a great test drive of the 2014 Honda CRV, making sure that we had opportunities made the process so easy and enjoyable. He carefully and thoroughly explained all the features of the car while we were making our decision and again once I picked up the car a few days later.
