Well this is tough to Wright . I was a long time Mt Well this is tough to Wright . I was a long time Mt Kisco Honda customer. I have bought many cars from them over the previous ten years . Two weeks ago I went there to finalize a verbal deal I had with my favorite salesman who will remain nameless because of our friendship. We had a verbal agreement three months ago on a lease . When I went there to finalize the deal , the manager Mike decided to add a $5000 up charge to the deal . Needless to say I was very upset and left the dealership. I ended up going to Danbury Honda the Penske group leased the same vehicle for $200 less a month . And they gave me $3500 on my trade in . I understand the supply chain issues being in sales for 34 years myself. But I also understand you don’t screw some of your best customers with greed. I am sure mikes going to get his bonuses over the next couple months. But his short term decisions are going to cost Mt Kisco Honda in the long term . . More

He even Facetime us to show us the car before we went there for the first time so it would not be wasted time. We really liked Peter, that is the way to do business. Really professional and cool. The finance department was also easy and Chris explained everything clearly and didn’t try to add anything on our contract that we did not want. No persuading and pushing like elsewhere.
