I have been using this dealer for many years and will continue to buy Hondas when I need a new car. I like my car but I love the service. Time after time, the staff makes car issues, large or small, easy to deal with. They are friendly, courteous, can do, and competent. From the fellows that check me in to the woman who I pay, the staff makes it easy and pleasant. For several years, I have had particularly great experience with Dave and Joe in service and Cesar in sales. A few days ago I arrived at Honda with a flat tire and coincidentally I needed a regular service. Dave Bruder took care of me right away. Not only did he make it easy and let me know when my car would be ready (the car is almost always ready before they say it will be) he spoke to his manager, Steve Barbosa and arranged for me to have a loaner while my car was being serviced. This is highly unusual and so helpful and much appreciated. As always, because of Honda's exceptional service, something that can be inconvenient is easy. Hooray for Honda Mount Kisco!!!! More

It was very easy applying for a loan and the sales price of the car was fair. I got everything I asked for in my CRV. It was ready for pick-up within three days of purchase. Cesar was very patient and went through the details of the car's operation when I picked up my vehicle. I would definitely recommend Mt. Kisco Honda to anyone who asks as my experience was totally amazing and painless! More

Treated me like a Queen!! I love these guys! I have bought or leased my last 6 cars at this dealership and I am NEVER disappointed. They have always treated me like I am their best customer. They always give me the best price available and always take care of me. The service department is amazing. I've been in and out for an oil change in less than 10 minutes. And when it's a more extensive issue, they pick me up or drop me off- whatever works. And when my car is ready, I leave with a smile and a clean car! That's included too!! In 10 minutes, he cal I called Mt.Kisco Honda looking for a CRV with specific color, Alex answered the phone and took my information to call me back. In 10 minutes, he called me with the confirmation that he had the color and the trim I wanted. We did not haggle over the price, he gave me a very good price. I gave him the deposit, after few text back and forth we get everything stationed out. Now I am picking up my car tomorrow and I am happy with Alex in the way he handled the whole process. More

This is my second lease from Honda Mt. Kisco and I wouldn,t go anywhere else. Even thou I live about 35 miles or so from there. They have a very friendly operation but with out being overly aggressive wouldn,t go anywhere else. Even thou I live about 35 miles or so from there. They are professional and very pleasant. I have the highest regard for Mr. Cesar Mota he's very knowledgeable and intuitive with my needs and wants in regards to my automobile needs and has always given me a great deal. Our experience with the Mount Kisco Honda service department has been nothing short of outstanding. They are prompt, courteous and most importantly honest. Service manager Dave Bruder makes droppin department has been nothing short of outstanding. They are prompt, courteous and most importantly honest. Service manager Dave Bruder makes dropping the car off a delight. I work in NYC and the moment I arrive typically early in the morning -- he has the shuttle van ready to take me to the Bedford Hills station. Upon completion of the work, he calls and we review the service and fees accordingly. On one occasion he had the shuttle pick me up at the train and return me to the dealership in the evening. It makes the entire experience easy and painless. We appreciate his honest and forthright explanations always. We even bring our other non-Honda brand car to him! Great dealership! More

I was looking to trade in my Hyundai but needed an affordable car. I went to Honda to see what I could afford and to my surprise I loved the honda civic. I was nervous to shop for a car again but Brian Durkin an d David Fiengold made the process so easy. Brian was helpful with the car information. I bought the car the day I saw and drove it. I couldn't be happier with the service and attention he gave me. I would definitely send family and friends to Brian. David was very helpful as well. I needed help to complete my title info and he jumped into action. I enjoyed working with both Brian Durkin and David Feingold. I also had a new car to pick up by the next day!
