Rachel Rocks the Honda House with Stellar Cust Svce I was in during the month of December, when I had to have a faulty tire senser replaced. This generic brand senser was installed a few days prior by a I was in during the month of December, when I had to have a faulty tire senser replaced. This generic brand senser was installed a few days prior by a tire company, when they broke the original senser while putting on snow tires. As I would be traveling, I was not comfortable driving with a faulty senser and went to Honda to have them check and ultimately replace it. Rachel was my service agent at the dealership, and she took it upon herself to pursue my case, while moving the servicing through in a timely manner. Between ongoing communications with the mechanic working on my vehicle, she contacted the tire company and reported that they installed a bad senser...not just a simple case of recalibration, as I was told. This went back and forth for a while, ultimately ending with her instructing me to return to the tire company for a credit of the faulty part, where I proceeded to drive after leaving Honda. As a result of Rachel's efforts, the tire company did the right thing by crediting me for the part as well as labor costs I incurred to replace it. I am so impressed by the personal attention and service that was afforded me, something that is becoming increasingly rare in our world. Rachel is the face of what customer service should be about everywhere. Thank you!! More
Great Salesperson -Customer Service I am loyal to My Kisco Honda because of my salesperson Isam . This is the 7th Honda I have bought and I bought the last 6 from Mt Kisco Honda because I am loyal to My Kisco Honda because of my salesperson Isam . This is the 7th Honda I have bought and I bought the last 6 from Mt Kisco Honda because my Salesperson has given me the best customer service. He is patient and professional and always honest and cheerful. There was a problem getting the 2017 CRV''s in stock in January and my lease was expiring so I was in a bit of a panic. I called Isam several times and he never made me feel as if I was a nuisance. I visited other dealerships while trying to see the new color of the new car. But I would never purchase from anyone else but Isam. I am loyal to Mt Kisco because of Isam. I was even lied to at White Plains Honda telling me they had a car for me to look at when they did not- just trying to get me into the dealership and wasting my time. I would highly recommend Mt Kisco Honda to everyone,but you must buy from Isam! More

Terrible Service Department My service was not completed in the time promised. The service manager promised my car would be ready in 1-2 days. It took 5 days. I was very unhappy with the professionalism and their honestly. After 3 days of not receiving any calls/updates, I called and asked the status of my call. The managers answer was "the body shop ran into some complications". When I inquired further, the manger said he would have to check with the body shop and get back to me. He never followed up with me or the body shop. Then when I finally got my car back, the paper work was not ready for me to sign to leave. I had to wait a while for the service provider to write up a receipt for me to have for my records. Then when I finally got in my car, the defroster was on full blast and the radio was all the way up and on a different station. I am a young women and I feel they took advantage of me. Very unhappy with the service department and will never be going back. More

She introduced herself as Rachel I recently visited the service department and was pleased to see a new face in the service department check-in area. She introduced herself as Rachel and informed me that my vehicle would be quickly ready and that I wouldn't have to leave and come back. She kept me updated during the process and let me know what I needed to do in the future to keep the vehicle in tip-top shape. As I asked her questions re my vehicle she quickly responded with a concise explanation. At no time did she rush me or brush me off. Very pleased with the customer service that I received from Mt. Great sales experience, horrible service department Our purchase experience was excellent (we worked with Zach Leist who was wondeful). However, trying to get an issue resolved on our 2016 Odyssey (still under warranty) is horrible. The service department is not taking the problem seriously and claim they don't observe the problem at all. Email to Service Manager remains unanswered and unable to find email address for General Manager. So, moral of story: Go there to buy, but have your car serviced elsewhere! More

They are precise about what's going on with vehicle, take into account the client's finanacial concerns (what can be put off, but is recommended, why something should be done and good estimate of costs, all without pressuring. Finally, they do not charge unreasonable fees, and are as good or better than local Non-Honda dealers. If something isn't done by technicians, manager takes vehicle back to mechanics and supervises the labor force to ensure quality work is accomplished! This Honda dealer is excellent for minor maintenace (Annual Vehicle Inspection) up to major engine/wheel problems....Have gone here since bought the car in 2010 and won't let anyone else touch my Honda Accord!! More
