Good experience. Fixed my problems and explained what was accomplished. My rating is really based on the previous visit when they diagnosed a door switch problem and Fixed my problems and explained what was accomplished. My rating is really based on the previous visit when they diagnosed a door switch problem and repaired a tire puncture. I waited for my vehicle on that visit and it took 2 and half hours and one visit to service desk after 2 hours. I was very frustrated after that experience. If I had completed this survey then I would have given a lower rating. More

They did a very good job. Was kinda of worried , first time there since they took over , had been with URSE since 2010. They seemed to do a very good job.
