New Tacoma I contacted mountain states back in April, they were the only dealership that had the limited Tacoma I wanted. I initially worked with Chris knipplebe I contacted mountain states back in April, they were the only dealership that had the limited Tacoma I wanted. I initially worked with Chris knippleberg( sales manager). He was a pleasure and very easy to work with. He was able to get me the best price on the Tacoma. He then got me set up to work with Dustin Johnston (sales consultant) who was very fast and proficient in getting my needs met, which included adding some extra accessories and shipping the vehicle back to Texas. Now I've had to contact the dealership several different times after the sale and Dustin was able to get me in contact with (Lisa Christopher) who addressed everything fast and professional. Mountain states yall are awesome! More

One call, not 20 with a whole bunch of emails, which I did receive from other dealers. 3 weeks later when we were ready to buy, we called Bob set a time and the rest was fun, easy, and fair. Jason who did our paperwork was great. Knowledgable , helpful, professional. In fact I will sum up our whole experiance with knowledgable , helpful, professional. More

Surprisingly great Was warned by my car broker (had used him before to help me get a good deal on a new Sienna) that this (Mountain States) was a "sketchy" operation. I'm a single datapoint, but my experience there was great. Matt Lind (internet sales) willingly provided (emailed) me the spec sheet for the Tacoma I was interested in, and quoted me the price he'd sell it for. The dealership was a long drive for me, but I made the trip; walking out of the dealership 90 minutes later as owner of a new truck. They fully honored the deal offered, with nothing modified/added. Frank Raphael (sales) and Aubrey Giblin (final paperwork) handled the actual in-dealership process, as Matt apparently just does initial legwork upfront for internet traffic. I don't like buying vehicles, but I know I got a great deal. I did extensive checks (Edmunds/Costco/Craigslist/eBay/my car broker guy I used previously....etc) to understand what to expect price-wise. Very professional/efficient operation at Mtn States. The way they currently do business is how all dealerships will soon do business (thin margin/high volume), if they want to survive. Great experience Had a great experience with Nick at Mtn States Toyota. Purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee and the process went 90% smoothly. I gave only 4 stars for Quality of repairs because I ended up on the side of the freeway 3 nights later waiting for a tow truck. But Mtn States totally stepped in the next day and took care of everything for me at no charge, including towing and a free rental while they fixed the relatively minor problem my car had. Would absolutely buy from them again. More
