Ray Saccomano, the salesperson I worked with, was approachable, friendly, informative, and genuinely helpful with my purchase of a new vehicle. He, and the rest of the sales, finance, and management team, went well out of their way to accommodate me (including buying me lunch without me even asking!!) while waiting for the sales process to finish and dealing with an unforeseen issue on my part the arose late in the process. I legitimately have never experienced such astounding levels of professionalism, consideration and courtesy. Kudos all around. In addition, "True Price", a negotiation free process in which the dealership discounts the vehicle based upon regional, competitive sales prices, was more than fair and well in line with what I found while researching the vehicle I purchased. I hate negotiating, so this came as an enormous relief. The service department did a great job detailing my vehicle before delivery (I wish I could say the same for the last new vehicle I purchased at a local Subaru dealership). As if this wasn't enough, I received a small care package including various snacks a few days after purchase, with a thank you card from the salesperson, Ray. Thanks Ray!!! If I have to point out a single downside, it would be the last minute upsell of overpriced, dealer incentivized options (extended warranty, paint protection, body protection, etc.) by the finance department. However, this is not unusual and I have declined these (in my opinion) unnecessary, high margin items at ALL dealerships I have purchased vehicles from. Especially new vehicles (I urge you to do your research into these options before looking for a new car, as they WILL try to sell them at the end of your finance process, so be prepared). The finance manager, Chris, was not pushy or unreasonable with the sale of these services, and, in fact, offered a steep discount; a far cry from experiences I've had in the past at other dealerships where declining such services usually warrants an unprofessional attitude and quick dismissal. So, all in all, if your looking for a new or used Toyota or Scion (or whatever else they happen to have in their inventory), start and end at Mountain States Toyota. No, I didn't get paid to say that, and yes, I know it sounds like I did, but I'm being genuinely honest when I say that you will not regret it. More

Buying a Highlander Hybrid I came looking for a Highlander Hybrid. I knew from the internet that they should have one on the lot. The internet told me that there was another o I came looking for a Highlander Hybrid. I knew from the internet that they should have one on the lot. The internet told me that there was another one at a dealership south of where I live, but it was red and I really like the lighter colored cars. Jim Gallegos met me at the door, and took me to see and drive the car I was looking for. He was, in my estimation, a true professional. He didn't push, but he answered all my questions. When it came to buying, I also thought he did a good job. I didn't get as much for my trade in as I had hoped, but I didn't remember that my wife had a fender bender back in 1903 and that reduced the price. So the price we settled on was a bit higher than I had hoped for, but I am satisfied that I probably wouldn't have done any better elsewhere. The rest of the transaction went very smoothly, and I was able to drive home just short of four hours after I arrived at the dealership. A very professional salesman, and a professional, well managed dealership. More
