We came up from Florida for our son's birthday, our 2018 Honda CRV would not start in the hotels parking lot the morning of the party. We had AAA jump start the car and we drove to Motorworld. Worst Customer Experience I Ever Had!! We bought our Honda CRV in 2014 from MotorWorld. In 2016, our VTC actuator needed to be replaced and was covered under warranty. Now, in 2018 the same We bought our Honda CRV in 2014 from MotorWorld. In 2016, our VTC actuator needed to be replaced and was covered under warranty. Now, in 2018 the same part failed. I took it back to MotorWorld and even though it was now out of warranty, I was hoping they would stand behind their brand and help out with paying for this same repair. I left my car there for the day and received a call from BJ. I was shocked to hear from her that the repairs where going to cost $1,800!! When I asked whether or not MotorWorld or Honda would consider helping to pay for the repairs, she said “they are not going to do that - you are past the warranty!” She didn’t offer to help in any way and seemed annoyed that I was even asking. I told her to not do the repairs and picked up my car. The next day I called another Honda dealer. They worked with me to get in touch with corporate Honda and after providing some information, Honda agreed to cover the entire cost, except for a $50 deductible. I will never purchase another car from MotorWorld and I certainly won’t be calling BJ for any service work!! More
