That was great since I had already dealt with them in 2004 and wanted to purchase again from them. Once the price was decided, we went to the showroom. Met with Don who arranged for a test drive for my wife (since this was to be her car). He was very knowledgable and explained all the features before we set out for the drive. There was no pressure. He also worked on quickly arranging for the exterior/interior color combo (since the one we wanted was not in stock). Overall a very pleasant experience. More

No pressure,pleasant experience in buying our fourth CRV. We had bought three CRV's at two other dealers previously, and by far this was our most successful and gratifying experience.
