I drove 45 minutes one way to go to Motor World Honda this past Wednesday morning. I had been in contact through email with a sales representative. Went in looking for him and he was off and was told he this past Wednesday morning. I had been in contact through email with a sales representative. Went in looking for him and he was off and was told he would be back Friday which was fine since I had planned on returning Friday to buy the car I liked. I was helped by a different salesman. He took me to look at the Accord Hybrids I was interested in and allowed me to test drive it around the parking lot. We went back to his desk. I asked for the asking price of the two I liked. He wanted to do an appraisal on my trade in. He took down all my information and then took my keys and left. This is when my visit went south. I waited for an hour and when he finally came back he apologized for how long it took. I was annoyed but was understanding. Asked him about the asking price again for the two Accords I was interested in. He left again and on his way his appointment arrived and he proceeded to talk with the appointment for a while. I was annoyed but understood he had an appointment and I was a walk in. He finally left the sales room. He returned 30 minutes later with nothing. Apologized and asked if I could wait a few more minutes. I said sure but I needed to go soon. He said ok and went out and started talking to his next appointment. He left the sales floor. He returned 15 minutes later with nothing again. I told him I needed to leave in 15 minutes he asked if I would wait a few more minutes. I told him 15. 15 minutes came and went. Nothing. I walked out. After 3 hours all I got was a test drive not a single number. I got an automated email later that evening from the sales manager asking to bring my car in for an appraisal. I responded with what happened never heard back. The original salesman contacted me Friday afternoon asking if I wanted to come in. I told him I was there Wednesday morning and what happened. He asked if I could drive back to get my vehicle appraised and I told him they already appraised it and never gave me any numbers. He didn’t have anything about my vehicle in the system. He asked if he could do anything to earn my business. I told him I was not sure since they already wasted 3 hours of my time. That was the last I heard from them. Long story short if you like your time wasted go to Motor World Honda. More
