I used to do my own oil changes and maintenance for my vehicles, but when I bought my honda I did not have the time to do this anymore. I decided to start taking my vehicle to motor world for routine mai vehicles, but when I bought my honda I did not have the time to do this anymore. BJ is usually the person who I drop my vehicle off with and she is always very helpful and knowledgeable. The last time I dropped my Honda off for maintenance, I accidently arrived 45 minutes early for my 4:15 appointment. I naturally expected to have to wait for my time, but BJ and the service department had my vehicle ready at 4:20; only 5 minutes after my original appointment time. For their great customer service I plan to continue using motor world for all my vehicle needs. More

Service advisor was friendly and informative. She notified me by phone when the car was ready to be picked up. If I had one complaint, at one time when you took your car in for service they would ru notified me by phone when the car was ready to be picked up.
