I found the exact car I wanted online from Motorcars, so i called to check if it was still available and they said it was. They told me I was able to put down a 100% refundable deposit to hold it. I did that, for $200. Jacob texted me and asked me if I had any questions, and asked when I'd come by so that he would be available when I came. I went to see it and loved it and ended up buying. Jacob went with me on the test drive and showed me exactly how to work everything in the car. He was so knowledgeable about my car and so willing to help. Not to mention, the facility was very nice and super clean. I was in and out of there in about an hour. I had a really great experience at Motorcars of Lansing and would definitely recommend.
