This dealership has been nothing but trouble. I'd never do business with them again and I'd suggest anyone considering it to, at minimum, avoid dealing with DeMarcus, a salesperson, or Mike, the I'd never do business with them again and I'd suggest anyone considering it to, at minimum, avoid dealing with DeMarcus, a salesperson, or Mike, the manager, unless you like getting the run around, being lied to, ignored, and burned in the end. We called on a Saturday to see that if we came down (nearly 2 hour drive), we could complete the purchase of a car. DeMarcus said yes, so we started the trip. Half way there, DeMarcus called to tell us the car wasn't ready. There was damage that needed to be addressed in the body shop, and a mechanical issue of some sort. So we turned around and said we'd head down when it was ready. The following Friday, we were told it was ready. We drove the two hours in the rain to find it wasn't ready yet. We got to test drive it but was assured it would be "Deep Detailed" and that new tires hadn't been put on yet. We were told the.mechanical issue was fixed. We completed the deal and was promised everything would be done in a couple days. Fast forward the 3 days and after multiple messages to DeMarcus, we were promised it would be delivered by end of day. We were then called late and told they found another mechanical issue that needed to be addressed in the morning. I told the manager, Mike, that issues with the car had me worried and he assured me it was a good car. The next morning at like 9am, they call my wife to schedule a delivery. Apparently, the work that needed to be done was done fast??? Anyway, car was delivered. The "deep detailing" that was part of the delay consisted of a quick vacuuming and wiping down the dash. Seriously, that always about it. Still stuff on the floors, stuff not cleaned off from the door panels, and the headliner was still pretty filthy. But hey, at least I got that $400 set of new tires. I think the old ones were actually nicer. Anywho, my wife drove the car once to work, 14 miles round trip. 2 days later, that Sunday, we drove the car 1 mile to the in-laws. We came back out and there was coolant all over the ground under the car. We had to have it towed the next day, $140, to our garage. They said not only was the water pump shot, it had multiple leaks, but that a coolant hose to the radiator came loose because the spring clamp around it was severely stretched out of shape.My mechanic said he's surprised it made it here from the dealership during the delivery. He also said the pump likely had been leaking prior and sure enough, we found some in the garage from the day it was delivered, as it was parked outside the next night so I could use the garage. I told the dealership about the issue and they said they had looked over the car before we came to buy it but then they had it for like 6 more days so who knows? It's pretty obvious they never really looked at the car. The manager (Mike) told me that's why they offered us the extended warranty for 4k (xxx). He said vehicles sit for a while and things happen. That said, he forgot that it actually showed up the day we first went to look at it before being turned back. So honestly, it's obvious they didn't look it over, or did and really didn't care. I tried to discuss some form of compensation but Mike first claimed he.never got my message, then claimed he was going to talk to the bosses, then claimed they were gone when I asked what was going on, then ignored responding until I basically said I would just take matters into my own hands, but only to say that they tried to call me but conveniently never left a message. Seriously, stay away from this place. And if you feel you have to buy a car from there, turn away from DeMarcus and steer clear from dealing with Mike. Neither was honest in most of the process and I ended up paying an extra $1k two days later. And FWIW, I never even negotiated on the price so it's not like they cut me such a good deal that I felt I should just eat the extra cost. These guys just suck. More

Michael was fantastic, he walk up to us and what we where looking and told him the red challenger and he said it is Kalamazoo and that he would get it to lansing for us, and I come back and that's all she wr looking and told him the red challenger and he said it is Kalamazoo and that he would get it to lansing for us, and I come back and that's all she wrote... it's mine now and we are over the top in love with this car it is a fantastic car... A great Family Dealership with a comfortable atmosphere! Salesperson "Elijah" was very prompt in returning communications and very helpful in helping us find the right vehicle for my college-aged daughter. Dealing with the manager Michael, was a good experience and he is very knowledgable in every aspect of his job. Friendly atmosphere and people working together to get the job done. Although we came to look at a different vehicle, it was not available. So Michael did everything possible to get us in a great and safe vehicle and keep us at the price point we needed to be at. 2011 Navigator I was very impressed with Keith and Simone, they made the process seamless and were both a pleasure to deal with. I went out on a horrible day of snow and rain, Keith called to confirm a test drive and upon pulling up there was the specific vehicle I was looking for warming up in front of the dealership. Keith walked out to greet me and we got started. He was an excellent sales rep and took great care of me.
