Worked hard to get me the car and deal expected. Tommy was great to work with and worked hard to get me the right car at the right price / payment. The buying experience was handled very well. However, the vehicle was a smoker's car and was never disclosed. But most importantly, the Cadillac CUE screen is non-responsive 95% of the time and showed these symptoms within a week of picking up the car. It has really detracted from a positive vehicle experience. I plan on reaching out to Tommy to consider a trade. More

Found my perfect car Everyone at the dealership was so helpful. I had to drive 450 miles to pick up my car and accidents along the route delayed me.
