We wanted a pickup truck and I located a 2016 Ford F 150 xlt on Motorworld's website. With my 5 year old tagging along and my husband unavailable me and my little guy took on the task of "looking" at the truck. I called up and spoke with Mandy Boyle in preowned who verified the truck was still on the lot and hadn't been sold. When we got to the dealership the truck was parked out front and ready to be viewed. Mandy went over the various aspects of what the truck had to offer and then the three of us went for a test drive. We discussed my trade, ran some numbers, and came to an agreement. I've bought cars before and spent HOURS in the dealership, wasting an entire day, exhausted by the time it was over. My family and I purchased a pre-owned Toyota Corolla a few years ago at MotorWorld Toyota and we have been pleased with the service given to us at that time, and we enjoy the car, so we decided to return to purchase the Altima. some repair items needed to be done after the sale, and Joe took the time to explain in detail what was needed, and why. I had a service appointment early today, and Joe took the time to drive my to my office (not far from the shop) as I needed to get to work on time.
