Everything was initially done on the phone and text/emails. Once I arrived at Motorworld Pre-owned the door was held open and I was greeted. Ken came right up and introduced himself. We proceeded to his desk, then went out to car to inspect and answer my questions. Ken is very professional and helpful. We went for a test drive and he answered questions about the car that came up while test driving. Before I left Ken had entered my home address into the navigation system and synced my phone to the car. You have to realize that my current car is a 2002 Camry with none of the features on my new/used TOYOTA Avalon Limited. Patrice in finance made the purchasing of my vehicle very smooth and quick. I left and started my 8 1/2 drive back to Michigan very pleased with my care and all of the care everyone at Motorworld gave me.
