The pre sale and sales process went well I would give the sale experience a 5, BUT 2 weeks after the sale the car needed a coil and plugs which I paid for. I have not gotten this issue resolved yet to get my sale experience a 5, BUT 2 weeks after the sale the car needed a coil and plugs which I paid for. I have not gotten this issue resolved yet to get my money back, since it was covered under warranty. Joe in service was a great help, but he wasn’t able to get my information to fadelity. I would like this matter taken care of ASAP. More

Went to MW on a Thursday night, and was looking at different SUV options. Mandy from MW Pre Owned was so helpful, and showed me different vehicle options. Ended up going with a Jeep Cherokee.
