David Bell was super nice and awesome. Literally had a brand new vehicle within 2 hours of calling him and saying what I wanted. Made the paper work process easy as possible. The pre sale and sales process went well I would give the sale experience a 5, BUT 2 weeks after the sale the car needed a coil and plugs which I paid for. I have not gotten this issue resolved yet to get my sale experience a 5, BUT 2 weeks after the sale the car needed a coil and plugs which I paid for. I have not gotten this issue resolved yet to get my money back, since it was covered under warranty. Joe in service was a great help, but he wasn’t able to get my information to fadelity. I would like this matter taken care of ASAP. More
