With Rich in the lead, the staff assisted us with finance options and we were able to walk in make a decision and purchase a vehicle. All this took place within a 24 hour period. I would definitely recommend Motorworld to my friends and consider them again for our next vehicle purchase. More
I had a good experience at this dealership. Mr. Ashley was very patient as I looked at every car on the lot, even though I went there with one car in mind. He allowed my husband and I to discuss the car without interrupting us. He stood patiently as my husband looked at every detail on the car. He actually went over the carfax report with us. We got a great deal on the car. The finance people were also very patient with us and helpful. I just totaled a car which I owed 21k on, but insurance is paying it. It still shows up on my credit as having 2 car loans already, but they helped us and even got us a better rate than we had on the totaled car. This has to be the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. I would most definately recommend them. More
As I arrived, our salesman greeted us outside the front door. I had the feeling he didn't really know much about the car's features we were there to see, but that's alright...I did. That aside, he handled the rest of the transaction very well. He was professional and fully explained the process and the options/choices we had along the way. I have to mention...at one point, an employee in the cubicle next to ours started using off-color language-including the "queen mother of curses" -while having a conversation with another employee. My daughter and I heard it and our salesman did too. I am grateful that he went to the other employee and let him know that we were within earshot and that he needed to tone down his language. He could have pretended he didn't hear it and let it go, but he acted professionally...as he should. The car was cleaned for us while we waited to take care of the financial transaction and the CarFax report and other paperwork was fully explained. Our salesman did what he could to keep us comfortable and occupied during our time there. There did seem to be quite a long wait to see the financial officer who had us sign all the forms and that would have been a good time to be offered a cup of coffee. I'm being picky about what might have been improved...but let me make it clear that we had a very good car shopping experience and would not hesitate to return in the future. We were very pleased with the quality of the car and know we were offered a fair price...which was well below the advertised "internet special" price we were expecting. More
I was impressed with the way in which the guys and gals handled themselves when I purchased my 'new' used vehicle. Everything from when I phoned in to see if what I wanted was still in stock to when I dro handled themselves when I purchased my 'new' used vehicle. They were all friendly, not too pushy and they let me figure out what I wanted instead of trying to dump something on me. I had a good time and if and when the time comes to get a new car or another 'new' used one, I will definitely choose Motor World to do it in. More

We have been in the NEPA area for 4 years and this is the first opportunity we've had to purchase a vehicle. Motor World was our first stop. Howard Fisher greeted us at the door and took the time to find out what we were interested in. He showed us the vehicles that we had previously checked out on the preceding Sunday, then mad a few more recommendations that fit what we wanted. The purchase was for my wife, and Howard was very friendly and immediately made Dawn feel very comfortable with whole experience. The Nissan Murano that we bought and took home that same day is an excellent car. We feel that we got a good price on it and received more for the trade in than I was expecting. I would highly recommend Motor World to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More

I visited a few car dealers in the area before visiting Motor World. Having a few credit problems in the past, the sales individuals at the other dealerships treated me and my wife condescendingly. She was able to find a vehicle which fitted my daughters desires completely (college student) and the needed financial approval. We could not have been happier with Fadwa's courtesy and her on top of it all assistance. More
