I first searched for vehicles on the motorworld website and filled out an interest form, within miinutes I received a phone call. The young lady was very helpful with all my questions. The price that was quoted online was the price that I paid for the vehicle, there were no head games played with the pricing. It was a very enjoyable experience. This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased from Motor World but specifically from Howard. Much to the dismay of the other Sales Personel, when we step on the lot it is Howard who we are looking for. Never pushy and knows exactly how particular I am when looking for a vehicle. Even when I find another vehicle on your lot, Howard has a sense of which one will be the right fit. Howard is a joy to deal with and I am in the Customer Service industry. He is a no nonsense old school person. He builds his success on his honesty and word of mouth. This is the 6th vehicle my family has purchased from Howard. We have never been disappointed. We will keep coming back as long as we continue to have the experiences we have so far. As far as the other aspects of the experience, I have to say that the finance and the detailing teams both delivered a painless and speedy processing and delivery of the vehicle. I found my Tuscon on the internet, and the next day I visited Motorworld's pre-owned car facility. I flagged down a sales rep named Rich and asked him about the particular car I was interested in, and he visited Motorworld's pre-owned car facility. I drove it, and he took care of everything; the trade in on my 2010 Elantra, the paperwork, all of it - in good time. I'm very pleased overall with the Tuscon, even thought it is a 2006 - very clean, well maintained, and almost like new. More
