Happiest girl in the world!!! I had the absolute pleasure of meeting and working with the Ryan and Stewart at the Preowned Motorworld yesterday as I came to browse their inventory I had the absolute pleasure of meeting and working with the Ryan and Stewart at the Preowned Motorworld yesterday as I came to browse their inventory hoping to just pinpoint which vehicle I would purchase a few months from now. Instead...I ended up leaving the very same day with my dream car entirely unexpected, BMW 535xi in perfect condition thanks to their remarkable accommodations and efforts in trying to satisfy my expectations and needs. The entire team, Sales, Management, and Finance is SUPERB!!! Friendly since the min you step into the lot, extremely knowledgeable about every possible vehicle, suggestive in meeting your every need with the right car for you and able to answer any question or concern when selecting the perfect car. Ryan Daniels was remarkable in trying to make me nothing but happy in not only making sure that I end up with my favorite car but at an incredible rate which I couldn't have even imagined prior going there. Poor salesmanship I called Monday June 29 about a used Acura TSX. I made an appointment to see it with salesman John Costa. . I loved it and wanted to purchase it but n I called Monday June 29 about a used Acura TSX. I made an appointment to see it with salesman John Costa. . I loved it and wanted to purchase it but needed to check with my husband first. I called John the next day and went over a few things with him and he needed to check with his manager about a question I had. He stated he would get back to me in a few minutes. Well day three has passed and I have yet to hear from John Costa. I received an email from a tracking website on Wednesday saying that the Acura TSX is no longer available. Wth!!! I called John Wednesday after receiving the text message from the tracking website and he never responded. I called Thursday and he never returned my call. I would NEVER buy a vehicle from motor world. I found them to be unprofessional and rude in the fact that they never returned my calls. My husband said he had the same treatment when he was there with a friend who was looking to buy a vehicle there a few months ago. They are vultures in the parking lot waiting to grab you to get you to buy a car. But salesman John Costa would have made a sale had he called me like he said he would. I truly can't believe this. I loved the Acura and was looking forward to owning it. To have them sell it out from under me is unbelievable I guess I wouldn't mind it as much if they could be grown men and confess to what actually happened. Someone came along and offered them more money than the deal I had agreed upon. Unbelievable!! They are xxxx. More
