Howard is a joy to deal with and I am in the Customer Service industry. He is a no nonsense old school person. He builds his success on his honesty and word of mouth. This is the 6th vehicle my family has purchased from Howard. We have never been disappointed. We will keep coming back as long as we continue to have the experiences we have so far. As far as the other aspects of the experience, I have to say that the finance and the detailing teams both delivered a painless and speedy processing and delivery of the vehicle. I found my Tuscon on the internet, and the next day I visited Motorworld's pre-owned car facility. I flagged down a sales rep named Rich and asked him about the particular car I was interested in, and he visited Motorworld's pre-owned car facility. I flagged down a sales rep named Rich and asked him about the particular car I was interested in, and he took me right to it out in the shop, where it was still being serviced. I drove it, and he took care of everything; the trade in on my 2010 Elantra, the paperwork, all of it - in good time. I'm very pleased overall with the Tuscon, even thought it is a 2006 - very clean, well maintained, and almost like new. More
