My experience I did not like that they sent out the person who handles paperwork to Dunkin‘ Donuts as I was waiting to fill out paperwork. Car sticker advertised keyless entry but it did not come with it. Upon courtesy survey I received, I told them I did not have it and she told me that someone would call me and no one did. So I called salesman and no response. I called the manager and no response until 2 days after I left a message. In process of obtaining key which I will be reimbursed but at a major inconvenience for myself because I live 40 miles from dealership. More
