When dealing with the Sales Rep (Jeff) he was very helpful with my purchase. I appreciate the time he took to help me with my purchase and would recommend this dealership. There is a chip in the front windshield and damage to the back seat, that I didn't notice. I took the car for a test drive at night so these two items would have gone un-noticed. I contated Jeff when I came home with the car and he is very helpful and is taking care of these two items. Jeff is a great salesman, he knows what to say to get the deal. More

We were happy with the service on the day we bought our used(2007)van. But a week later discovered the CD player did not work. 4 months later we have still not had it repaired and no-one returns my phone used(2007)van. Felt as tho' they didn't think we were worth their effort. You just never know what is in a customer's checkbook or portfolio. Actually, we requested a specific consultant, (had telephone contact before coming to the dealershop) & we never did get to meet him?????????????? We were trying to be fair! Price was good, comparable to other dealer's advertisec price. Have to say, all in all, experience was very satisfactory and would request Johnny's assistance again. Amy in New Jeep sales was very good. She worked with me a lot, walked the lot with and without me, and gave me choices. Not only choices with vehicles, but also choices with financing.
