I'm happy then to report that the process was actually very simple, with most of it arranged over email as I had requested. So I ended up getting just what I wanted, with after a small amount of discussion, a certified pre-owned vehicle, purchased for what KBB stated was within the ideal/fair market price. The salesperson I dealt with, Jeffrey Loftus, was extremely helpful and worked with me each step of the way. He also saw that there were some small blemishes on the vehicle exterior that were bothering me, and much to his credit he went out of his way to ensure they were sorted out, which I have to say has really made all the difference in the world for me, as now I look at the car and it just looks great! In closing then I'm very happy with the vehicle and the service from Jeff and the dealership - and relieved to know that the car buying process can actually be pleasant! Thanks! More
