shawn was great, motor world warranty was terrible. refused to reimburse us for cost of brake failure repair after owning car for 4 days even though we purchased the extended warranty because repair w refused to reimburse us for cost of brake failure repair after owning car for 4 days even though we purchased the extended warranty because repair work was not done by motor world even though we could not drive the car without brakes and motor world had no appointments available to repair vehicle and the vehicle had to be driven to work (1 hour away) the next morning. i don't know about you but i don't drive or ride in a vehicle whose brakes are not working properly it took motor world almost 3 weeks to inform us that they would not reimburse us for the repair work even though we had called the service deprtment multiple times who by the way never once returned 1 of our calls i have bought many cars from motor world in the past (both new and used) and have always been satisfied until this time and i do intend to follow through on this complaint via television news, social media written and verbal complaints to the CEO of motorworld and other appropriate employees what a terrible experience by the way the repair bill came to a whopping $636.80! More

I’m traveling and had an overheating issue with my vehicle. Stoped in the service department on 6/23 and was treated extremely rude by the service advisor. I have purchased the lifetime warranty for m vehicle. Stoped in the service department on 6/23 and was treated extremely rude by the service advisor. I have purchased the lifetime warranty for my vehicle have used it 4 times since purchase. Service advisor refused to even help . Said they can’t even see the vehicle for possibly a week just to see what is wrong .After explaining my situation on traveling I was from Texas . After that being said this dealership did nothing.I actually think they thought it was funny that I was stranded in Wilkes Barre . Im a 68 year old man it was 100 degrees outside. Truck overheating and they are laughing. Fortunately it was a minor issue that a small mechanic shop fixed for less than $200 for a thermostat change . Motor world should be ashamed. And those girls in the service drive get what they deserve for the way they treat people More

We reached out to Dave after he sold my parents their last car. They had such a nice experience with him and we thought it was time for us to trade in our vehicle for a newer one. I messaged his cell and he responded immediately and came in on his day off to accommodate us the same day. As soon as I came into motor world, Dave listened to what we wanted and what we had to work with. I had my two children with me and he set them up in a comfortable spot while we worked to find the best vehicle to purchase. The first vehicle that Dave showed us had all the bells and whistles and I thought that it would be completely out of our budget. I told him that we will take this car as long as it fit our budget and sure enough he made it work. The entire time took a few hours, and we were more than happy with the process and the ability to finance within our means. The inventory at motor world is awesome and we cannot believe we got the car of our dreams. Thanks, Dave!! More
