Starting with the purchase I can’t say enough great words about service Tommy provided. It took us 6 hours to make a decision as my husband was hesitant about Lexus and Tommy was patient, knowledgeable and not pushy. All our concerns (faded seat leather at one spot, stains on a roof) were cleaned before we even left dealership. A little scratch was unnoticeable fixed for free and they even provided renter for entire weekend. Tommy was on our side though out entire process, checking and making sure we were happy with the purchase. And now, as I needed my first oil change the scheduling process was a breeze, service was fast. Motor Werks gives you a feeling of being a part of a family!
