Two reasons I came here to buy my car. 1) I had come for an oil change/service a while back because it’s closer than the dealership I previously went to in HP. The lady in service (Tracy Williams) was super an oil change/service a while back because it’s closer than the dealership I previously went to in HP. I asked her when my lease was up, if I could bring it to them instead of back to HP. 2) when I went back to HP for an oil change closer to the end of my lease, the salesman that I’ve leased my last four cars from wouldn’t listen when I was telling him I wanted to buy a previously owned/certified Honda Fit. He kept trying to get me to lease another civic. I don’t want someone to tell me I’m not smart for wanting to buy a used car. I have my reasons for wanting to do it. I made an appointment to come to Motor Werks Honda and was set up with Brandon. He may look young, but he is an old soul who genuinely care about his customers. My deal was a little complicated and took a long time. And at one point I started to waiver asking, “Would things be easier if I leased instead of bought?” Brandon didn’t give up. He said, “This is your goal and I don’t want you to give up on it.” All the while he smiled, was calm, never pushy, never impatient. (Terry was the manager that day and David was the finance magician) I did my homework on the cost of the car. I had my trusty notes with me. I knew the numbers and budget I wanted to stay in. Everything was what I wanted. No back and forth hem and hawing. That’s the difference when you go into a dealership that has such a good reputation. I had a minor issue the day after I bought my car. I called Brandon in a panic because I was clueless on what to do. He, in his relaxed demeanor, took care of it immediately. (A BIG Thank you to Joseph in service) I feel like this is a little jumbled, so let me just give you the long story short: You know how you’ve always got, “a guy,” at a dealership? Like, “yeah, I have this guy down at the Honda place. He’ll take care of ya,” lol. Brandon is now my guy. He’s going to be the one I tell my friends and family to go see when they want Superior customer service. More
