I need to know how much I will love this car! Jay didn't know me at first, and he was helpful when I wanted to look at Subaru's. What Jay didn't know is I just didn't want to buy a car, I wanted Jay didn't know me at first, and he was helpful when I wanted to look at Subaru's. What Jay didn't know is I just didn't want to buy a car, I wanted him to tell me WHY I was going to LOVE my new car. He found out when he notified me my car was in and all the bells and whistles were ready. What he didn't know is that I am a "motor city" girl and grew up loving cars. I've had Mustangs, Camaro's, Pinto, Corvettes, Jeeps, Isuzu, Audi TT's, BMW's, Nissan Juke, Mazda's, Acura's, Subaru's a long time ago. Some cars fancy, other cars just because and most cars I liked a LOT. So.... when I asked him to tell me WHY I was going to love this car, he "GOT IT" right away and from then on he was fabulous. I would recommend Jay! Also, I love this Subaru so far - and it is gorgeous. All my "girlfriends" have Lexus', but I am not that type - I want a car I can be me in - this is the car. Thanks Jay! More

Best experience we've ever had buying a vehicle! Bob Crowl was our initial contact. He was referred to us by a close friend and we certainly understand why he is so well liked. He is so professional and went out of his way to help us. We test drove an Eqinox but had our sights on a Subaru. Bob took us up to the Subaru area and assisted us in test driving a Forrester. We loved it! He worked jointly with Jay Vaught, another outstanding employee at Subaru in selling us our new Forrester. We were even allowed to take the vehicle home over the weekend to make sure it was what we wanted. Both Bob and Jay were very professional and we are so satisfied with our purchase. We love them both! More
