Our sales associate was Andrew Rainey, and we were immediately impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of the trade-in program. He promised to get everything on the new vehicle that our 2017 model had, and he kept that promise. He was very thorough about the transaction details and kept us updated on when our new Subaru would arrive. When it did arrive and we came to pick it up, he made the visit so easy by being proactive with all the paperwork, trying to make everything as smooth as possible for us and being respectful of our time, but again, ensuring that everything was completed that needed to be done. He was patient with our many questions and answered every one clearly for us. He was a delight to work with, and we were so impressed by his kind and friendly personality. He is a true asset to Shelors, and we would definitely send friends and family to him who might be looking for a Subaru. The whole experience for us could not have gone better, and that is why we are repeat customers of Shelors and have been for many years now. Keep up the great work! More

I feel pampered! Brought my car in for service and I was greeted by friendly staff. He finds me a coupon for reduce my bill and I go drink a free Latte and eat snacks Brought my car in for service and I was greeted by friendly staff. Left with a free car wash coupon which I immediately used. Would not go anywhere else. More

Good service and not super expensive WalkIn I bought my Crosstrek From Shelor so I am a regular customer. My Oil light went on the other day and I drove up without an appointment. They changed the oil, and did a few extras like rotate the tires, did a state inspection, and the 12 point check. All for $83 and under an hour. Plus I got a coupon for a free carwash. I was very happy! More

I am not happy with my recent service visit. I drove all the way to Christiansburg to get my oil change because I had a coupon for an oil change for $34.95. I ended up paying $69.36. I think I will go elsew the way to Christiansburg to get my oil change because I had a coupon for an oil change for $34.95. I ended up paying $69.36. I think I will go elsewhere for my next oil change. I was told that I was charged more because I needed synthetic oil. I didn’t find this out until I was checking out and paying my bill. Since I received a personal email that had the coupon then I should not have gotten a coupon for a regular oil change. I should have received a coupon for a synthetic oil change. I bought my 2016 Forester there so I think they were already aware that I needed synthetic oil so sending me (by email and also in the regular mail) a coupon for a “regular “ oil change instead of a “synthetic” oil change was a waste of my time. And to top it all off I didn’t find out that I had been charged a price higher than the coupon until it had already been done and I was paying the higher bill. When I was questioning my higher bill I mentioned that I had another email coupon for $10 off parts and service when it totaled more than $50. And my bill was $69.36. I was told I couldn’t use that either but she would take off $5 instead. I see a line on the bill that says $4.50 on the line saying “less insurance “. Maybe that was the discount? I am neither happy or satisfied with my experience at Shelor Motor Mile. Perhaps I will go elsewhere for my next service appointment. More
I brought my Subaru Forester Sport to Motor Mile Subaru for some warranty service. I was pleased with their work since they had to search for the problem.
