Service on the car was delayed due to channels and logistics problems in the parts department. Was very pleased Shelor provided a great loaner vehicle for almost 2 months. Car was repaired and drives logistics problems in the parts department. Was very pleased Shelor provided a great loaner vehicle for almost 2 months. Car was repaired and drives great so far, and the staff were pleasant and informative each step of the way. That being said, the cars audio system was not working when we picked up the car...no treble or high end and only bass. My son returned to explain what he had found and the service department said they couldn't help. Disappointing....now I have to get that system fixed. More

I just got my Subaru Forester Wilderness serviced. Darryl took care of me while I was there. The new Express Service saves time and trouble. I went to lunch nearby and Darryl kept me posted by phone.
