It is unfortunate for me that the closest Mitsubishi dealership is 75 miles from my home. I needed multiple recall repairs, which would take all day to complete. It was not possible for me to drop off dealership is 75 miles from my home. I needed multiple recall repairs, which would take all day to complete. It was not possible for me to drop off in the morning and return at 5:00 pm to pick it up, so it was challenging to schedule the appointment. Once I got the appointment scheduled, I called back and got permission to leave the vehicle the evening before, which made it easier for me to get someone to follow me and pick me up. I dropped off the vehicle; the following day, I got a phone call from Brian Shelor stating that he had to order a part that would take a few days to arrive. I was able to leave the vehicle at the service department until Saturday, when I used a spare key to retrieve my car since the service department was closed. The list of repairs and replacements was left in the car, and it was impressive. The only issue for me was that my original key was not left in the car, so I will need to figure out how to get it back. It was nice to finally get all of those items taken care of, especially at no cost to me. More

Was the definition of okay. Sold me a car. Little pricey. But that's fine. Car was new to them. Undetailed. Sold to me undetailed. Which I was okay with brought back to have detailed. Was never told a time in which the cleaners worked. Just told to bring it back. This was my first time buying a car from an actual dealership. Due to this I was ignorant to the process. And tried to understand it. But if a customer is told to bring back a car. To have it fully cleaned. And never given a specified time. And never bought a car there. How are they supposed to know when the detail people work and when they don't? Was told to bring it back in the morning sometime, again. But what am I supposed to do when I don't have time. To keep running it up and down there. And nobody to help me do so.. Just thought it was all very werid. You think if you've already sent a customer who is paying thousands to your dealership. You'd find a way to make sure it's clean without inconvenience to the customer. So I just cleaned it myself. Which is okay. I lived. Just wanted to let my experience be known... But just wasn't a very good experience all together. And yall will get your money for this car. But I will not purchase another one from this dealership. I gave a higher star rating. Because don't want my bad experience effecting the overall dealership. Due to miscommunication. Also I'm well aware these rates are not taken seriously. But hope someone reads this and makes sure their customer comes first. I mean it's the whole part of selling cars, I'm assuming. Employees were kind though. And reassuring.
