I needed some basic services done on my vehicle. I live about 40 minutes away. I could only pick it up afterwards. I never received my epay email. So I remembered I still had Brian’s information. I texted Brian (a representative from a prior servicing need who provided great help!) and in minutes I received the email. I’d like to thank Andrew for being beyond kind and calling me back to ensure I received the resent copy to make this process easier. The dealership itself is not the issue here it's the service. Weve been waiting over 2 months for a part. Got the call saying it is in and we set up an appointment to have it installed. Well.....the service. Weve been waiting over 2 months for a part. Got the call saying it is in and we set up an appointment to have it installed. Well.....the service dept ordered the wrong part and couldn't tell us when the right one will be in. Not t only that, we live about an hour away and spent 5 additional hours in that town only to find out they ordered the wrong part. This is totally unacceptable. How do you order the wrong part? Their job is to know which part it is. More
