Yeah as discussed on the phone of course you will side with your technician and not accept responsibility for the actions. Trying to buy someone off with a 1/6 of the bill from the damages done by your technician. As I stated I was going to purchase a $50 -$60k F-150 but because of you an the rest of the staff I have spoken with I will be taking my money elsewhere and strongly encourage everyone I know to do so as well. Hope everyone reading this realizes that shelors does not care for its costumers at all and hopefully they stop shopping there.
