Highest regard for Service Advisor Jen Blankenship who always has a personal interest in my vehicle’s well being and concern for me as a customer. Kudos to Charlie, the Service Manager his genuine interes always has a personal interest in my vehicle’s well being and concern for me as a customer. Kudos to Charlie, the Service Manager his genuine interest in my concerns is noteworthy always willing to listen and thanks to Tom, Service Shop manager, who came out to discuss my concern with me directly. Now my only complaint with this visit is that the oil change was not performed properly or the oil would not have been black after only moving vehicle from shop to parking space. Yes a diesel so oil is dark after running but usually after couple hundred miles. My assumption is they didn’t drain all the old oil out completely and it caused new oil to turn black, instantly. Lesson learned for all shop techs: diesels are not gasoline engines and take much longer to drain the old oil. Bottom line: I am seriously considering changing the oil myself going forward because of lack of detail in performing this service. More
