Have been to Schelor many times as we own two Jeeps. Most times it is difficult to get an appointment less than 10 days out. This time, we got right in and Austin took charge of keeping us informed of Most times it is difficult to get an appointment less than 10 days out. This time, we got right in and Austin took charge of keeping us informed of the needed repairs, cost and completion time. There were a few hiccups along the way due to the Extended Warranty being with a company they don't typically work with. But between Austin and his manager, Charlie, they made it right. Overall pleased with the customer service and work that was done. More
