It was worth every minute to go through the intricate details of our Cornerstone Integra with Head tech Lee Slone. He was precise and nothing was left out or unanswered. Their prices are unsurpassable and their professionalism and respectfulness to the client is hard to beat. Great customer service all the way around. Poor customer service. We bought a 30 foot Ace from them. Don in finance is an absolute jerk. I have a small business and would never speak to customers like he does so. We were bringing a $7000 cashiers check to the closing. He called that morning and insisted on us sending him a photo copy because "you might print it up in your back yard". Really? You just accused me of being a thief? We saw the ace on the website, gave a $1000 refundable deposit to hold it for a test drive. Don in finance called to tell us that they would "have to make it ready" and if we did not buy, he would keep the deposit. We had to call the salesman to get him to back off. Cheap vehicles but you pay with being treated as a criminal. Would not buy there again More

The garage door/ramp has STRIPPED BOLTS. 2018 Thor outlaw 29h has stripped bolts holding on the ramp... so many other issues I cannot describe; Howev The garage door/ramp has STRIPPED BOLTS. 2018 Thor outlaw 29h has stripped bolts holding on the ramp... so many other issues I cannot describe; However, I know MHSRV knew of electrical issues and DID NOT take the time to fix them properly, yet felt comfortable sailing me down the river, a new owner of a PIECE OF xxxx. Great experience for a couple of RV novices We hail from Hawaii and are first time RV owners. My husband researched new and preowned RVs which led us to MHSRV and Sales Associate Rodney Melton. We hail from Hawaii and are first time RV owners. My husband researched new and preowned RVs which led us to MHSRV and Sales Associate Rodney Melton. We made our purchase in a matter of hours and returned a month later to pick up our 2014 40' Berkshire. You would think making such an important purchase would be intimidating but it wasn't due to the relaxed, casual buying experience. Rodney was the epitome of "no hassle, no pressure". Upon our return, we stayed at MHSRV for three days where Arturo did a great job going through the interior/exterior inspection with us, followed up by multiple visits from Matt Kellam who answered and attended to our every need and concern. Rodney provided some driving instruction and we were off and running. We have now been on the road for only five days and so far so good. Texas is a great place to start with its wide open roads so we're happy campers looking forward to many great adventures . More

Updated: 1/11/18 How easily they forget you! We bought this right after Thanksgiving and two things have quit working. I called my salesman and got a bunch of ma'ams like we had never meet. He seemed so sincere when we bought it but I guess that's what you call a slam bam thank you ma'am now that they got my money. Make sure when you buy you check everything out because they don't really care after you drive off the lot! Great experience! Our salesman Lonnie was very nice. Our Walk thru specialist Roy was very thorough and patient with all our questions. The finance specialist Billy was extremely efficient. All were extremely dog friendly and treated our dog Padro very well. More
