He is a wonderful gentleman who helped us from start to finish with no pressured sales tactics. He went above and beyond to make sure all our boxes were checked to our satisfaction and kept in touch with us frequently. Don gave us contacts for various third party inspectors and we chose Mobile Repair Specialists, the owner Adam and his son Brent were informative honest and did an excellent job. Don also introduced us to Martin the mechanic who we hired to perform a few service items before we hit the road. Matt did our walk through and was friendly and informative. Another Mat made sure we were happy with the coach before we took ownership. Billy Fussell in finance took great care of us with our final papers. The front office kept us refreshed with water and coffee and Don took us over to the very nice free lunch the two days we were there. We can not say enough great things about Don Jones and MHSRV it was a wonderful experience and we fully recommend their services to others. An added plus was Billy asked who had recommended MHSRV to us and when I told him my cousin in Canada who had also purchased from them, Billy sent them $500 MHSRV gift card. We visited dealers in Texas, Florida and Louisiana. We were willing to go anywhere in the country to find the right motor home, but equally important a dealership that was willing to stand behind their products. We lucked into meeting the BEST sales man named Brandon Neal. Not ONLY did MHSPRV offer the best price (because of volume, and buying power they offer deep discounts) Brandon worked with us to find the PERFECT coach for us. NOW...comes the nerve racking part. RV's are notorious for service issues. ALL OF THEM have a propensity to need service after purchase. For first timers like us, this was a HUGE deal. We trusted Brandon and Motorhome Specilist SO MUCH...that in the end, we purchased an "as is" unit. We couldn't be happier. Brandon let us hook up and stay in the campground until we worked out every single issue and answered a million questions we had. Every day staff member would stop by to see if we had any questions or needed anything. This dealership REALLY makes you feel like family!
