Great! The entire staff was very friendly, price was right, and they went out of their way to make my new purchase better! I did have to wait almost a week for my new car(what seemed like an eternity), right, and they went out of their way to make my new purchase better! I did have to wait almost a week for my new car(what seemed like an eternity), but it was for the betterment of the car. A crack in the bumper and a small scratch on the side was fixed, and being the crappy weather(IE cold) we had, it took longer than expected. Tom communicated with me daily to give an update which I appreciated, despite my frustration at the time (I really wanted to drive the new car!). I purchased a 2010 Land Rover Range Rover HSE LUX from Motion Autosport a couple months ago. Went pretty well. I mainly worked with Bret Lukovski and Kevin Hill. I live in Indianapolis, Indiana and they are located in North Canton, Ohio, so it was a 6-7 hour distance between us. They worked out my trade over the phone a few days before and also worked out the financing via phone and fax. Was a pretty flawless process. Motion gave me fair value on my trade. I worked with Bill Hino on the financing. Bill was very professional and had all the paperwork ready. We agreed on a day and time for me to make the trip to Canton to deliver my trade and pick our new truck. The whole process went very well and was in and out in less than an hour. Motion is very good with out of state, long distance purchasing. I did have a couple unforeseen minor mechanical issues a couple days later, however I contacted Bret and he worked with me to get it straightened out. I would definitely recommend working with Motion and would do business with them again. Their staff was very professional, the vehicle was as described at pick up, great photos of the truck, great inventory, flawless finance and trade-in process, and good follow up after the sale. These guys were great - i called about a jeep that they had and Brett told me to come down right then and there. I was in and out with my new jeep in an hour. When i was driving the jeep home i did notice that there were just a few minor electrical things not working so i called and they said to go ahead and get it fixed and send them a receipt. So i did and with in a couple weeks i had my reimbursement check come in the mail in FULL. Overall i was very please with the service and would recommend this place to anyone. Plus these guys only carry tricked out vehicles so if your looking for an awesome ride this is where you need to go =P More

Brett called me about a 2002 Jeep Wrangler X that he had just brought in and this was exactly what I was looking for. The Jeep was immaculate, a 2002 with a 143K miles and it looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. My Jeep had more upgrades than and extras on it than any other Jeep on the market and was priced below similar Jeeps with zero upgrades. Within 24 hours of Brett calling me, I was driving off the lot with my dream car. I could not be happier with the entire team at Motion Auto Sport and would highly recommend them to anyone. I helped my father purchase a jeep from these folks from out of state. At first the buying experience was great, they didn't mind taking additional photos we wanted, we worked out a price and they even foun out of state. However once the jeep got here I found out that the soft top leaks horribly. This was one of the very first things we asked about the Jeep before we considered purchasing it, and we were assured it was in good shape and did not leak. I called back and said I thought they should work something out with us, was assured the manager would call me back twice, never did. I guess in summary, while they are great at handling out of state transactions and working out price and shipping, have an independent shop look anything over you want to purchase from them as their word cannot be trusted and they do not stand behind their word at all. I walked into the dealership late on a Monday evening to look at a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland they had for sale. Scott was happy to let me take it for a spin by myself with no pressure. They were happy to work with me and again with zero pressure and I wound up purchasing the car that very night. Bill made getting the loan and signing the paperwork quick and easy and was ready to answer any question I had. They even kept the car an extra day before delivering it to me to make sure everything was perfect with it. Wheels fixed, serviced, and detailed.
