Overall I had a very good experience buying a 2010 Prius at Mossy Toyota. After calling several dealers who had only one or two Priuses, it was fantastic to arrive at Mossy Toyota and see over 10. Bianel Bonilla was my salesperson (with some help from Larry). He was knowledgeable about the different Prius models, let me drive the ones I wanted to, returned all my phone calls in a timely fashion and did not give up on the deal even after I insisted on a specific car. I must admit that he was a little over-eager to sell me a car, but I expected this as he is in the business of selling cars. Most importantly Bianel was able to get the exact model I wanted and in time for me to use the “Cash for Clunkers” program! Greg Batdorf was my finance manager and he was very polite and customer service oriented. I will say on the evening I purchased my car, I did have to wait a very long time for him to become available. Our negotiation went pretty fast after that, and I might have gotten a better deal if I didn’t want a specific car with specific extras…but I did want a specific car with specific extras. If you want to buy a Prius I recommend you stop by Mossy Toyota and ask for Bianel or Larry. More
