We bought a new Toyota Highlander from Mossy Toyota in Pacific Beach. Larry Paris was the sales person and he was wonderful. Larry allowed my husband and I time to talk over the deal and decide what we wanted to do. We got a great deal and Larry also arranged for a free loaner car for me while my new DVD player was installed. I couldn't be happier with my car or the service that Larry has provided. Unlike other dealers, he also provided his cell phone number after the purchase and said to call him anytime with any questions we had about the car. He said his service didn't end with the sale and if we had any problems or concerns he would be sure to take care of them. Sales people like this are definitely hard to find these days. We got lucky. THANK YOU LARRY I do however suggest that Toyota work on changing the persuasion techniques of the Finance department. While Larry was FANTASTIC, I really cannot say the same for the gentleman helping us finance the car. We repeatedly told him that we did not want the extra coverage and "extras" to cover the car. However he made comments to make us feel as though not getting these extras was stupid. I understand the attitude if he works on commission, therefore I propose that they simply list the options available as well as the price, explain each one, then leave the room for 10 minutes while the couple decide. Also we did not appreciate that the total cost was never given to us, rather it was placed in the monthly payment, the representative made us do the work to calculate the total cost. Although this wasn't difficult it was rather rude. Again we LOVE LARRY PARIS! I would recommend him to my friends. I give him 10 stars! More
